Industrial Civil Engineer (Electronics) and Master in Government and Public Management, currently serving as Deputy Director of the Digital Government Secretariat at the Chilean Ministry of Finance. Leads and coordinates the nationwide implementation of Chile’s Digital Transformation Law, integrating strategic vision, technical understanding, and strong policy and regulatory capabilities—critical for navigating political, legal, and operational complexities across the public sector. Brings extensive experience in public-sector modernization, high-level stakeholder engagement (at national, regional, municipal, international and diplomatic level), strategic project design, and large-scale digital transformation. Demonstrated ability to adapt and use creativity and effective communication to manage complex inter-institutional coordination and advance reforms in highly sensitive political and administrative environments. Has contributed to major laws, regulations, and standards in digital government, digital identity, data governance, and technical interoperability. Successfully helped secure and manage financing, including a US$96 million state-modernization program and a US$100 million IDB Digital Government loan.
