About Randall Liscombe

An unusual path can take you on an unexpected journey to unimagined destination. Life can take you on some interesting detours and if you’re willing to learn as you go it all ties together. After leaving university with the clear goal of programming the love of the outdoors proved to strong to resist. Thus a return to oilfield construction with the goal of advancing through a company into a management role. After spending time assigned as a welder’s assistant the joy in being able to point to something and say “I built that” surfaced, whether that was a structure, a maze of pipes or even artwork. An industrial accident changed the chosen course again this time to learning how to design the things that were being constructing from other’s plans and blueprints, then the pride of “I built that” became “I designed that”. After spending years in short term positions and contracts learning more along each step a talent another passion came to light; Leadership. The drive to have others around strive to excel and succeed. Teamwork is more than a buzzword it’s a life choice. There is great satisfaction is being able to say about someone “I helped them become that”. The path has gone from building programs to building things to designing things to designing and building up people. So where can I take your team to?
