About Randall Mulkins

I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University and an Associate Degree in Psychology. I am currently pursuing dual graduate degrees, an MSN–Family Nurse Practitioner at Pace University and an MSN in Nursing Education at American Military University to combine my clinical expertise with my passion for teaching and leadership. Since 2010, I have served as a New York State–certified Firefighter and, since 2012, as a U.S. Army Combat Medic. Over the past decade, I’ve gained broad patient care experience across military, prehospital, and hospital settings including primary care, emergency medicine, and critical care. My clinical background also includes work as a phlebotomist and patient care technician in both the Emergency Department and ICU. In addition to my medical and nursing experience, I am a Nationally Certified Fire and Emergency Services Instructor. Previously served as President and currently serving as Secretary of my local fire department a 501(c)(4) nonprofit serving more than residents with 90+ active members. These roles have deepened my leadership, teaching, and organizational management skills. At the core of everything I do is a simple philosophy: to help others, lead with integrity, and continually grow into a more effective caregiver, educator, and leader in healthcare and public service.
