I am a dedicated internal audit professional with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of healthcare internal audit with a particular focus on the healthcare revenue cycle. I have been fortunate to work with leading healthcare systems and providers of healthcare internal audit services, developing extensive expertise in healthcare financial and administrative processes, information systems and internal controls. At Crowe, I have had the opportunity to provide internal audit and consulting services to a wide variety of healthcare organizations across the country. I led the revenue cycle internal audit function for one of the largest healthcare systems in the country and assisted numerous healthcare organizations, large and small, in improving revenue cycle controls using Crowe’s proprietary audit tools. My focus in revenue cycle internal audits is to understand the process issues leading to inefficiencies and revenue leakage so that I can assist clients in developing solutions leading to sustained improvement.
