About Randall Shaw

Randall is a senior HSE executive with strong leadership skills and with solid technical capabilities, including a Ph.D. in environmental science and internationally recognized experience in the field of in-situ bio-remediation. Over the last three decades, he has served on various Board of Directors and/or executive positions with small to multinational companies involved in environment/contracting, waste-to-energy power, glass manufacturing and mining in Canada, US, Kuwait, Thailand, UAE, Qatar and Afghanistan. Start-up and operating experience gained from this broad experience base has honed skills in crucial aspects of business planning, operations, project management, contract negotiation, human resources, and project and corporate financing. Cultural awareness gained from living and working in North America, South-East Asia, the Middle East and Afghanistan. Practical experience includes working in technical and/or project management roles on countless consulting/contracting/construction projects completed in oil and gas, petrochemical, mining, power, military and industrial/manufacturing sectors in more than 30 countries.
