I would summarize myself as a confident yet humble leader, with a passion for Safety and helping people to achieve their accomplishments through mentoring and coaching, as well as working with organizations to achieve their goals financially and keeping their brand atop the charts of other companies in the same venue. I thrive on chaos and believe that true integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking. A proven track record of Safety training and all aspects I enjoy taking a group of people and completing impossible tasks through many leadership styles, not all people are the same and as long as they are within the company ethics guidelines and safety protocols, a team can do amazing things. Having worked in China and becoming a Chinese citizen was an honor and after assisting in building one of the most technologically advanced theme parks in the world was truly an awe inspiring experience. Being a part of something bigger than yourself, is an absolutely amazing experience. I would like to take that international experience (including working in Paris) and advance my career plans "I am always ready for a new adventure" One of my many favorite quotes comes from Mr. Walt Disney and that is "it's kind of fun to do the impossible" That has me written all over it.
