From advising Fortune 500 firms on post-merger integration to building internal planning systems within global investment authorities, I’ve worked across industries and continents to turn big ideas into executable structures that endure. My journey has taken me from founding a boutique consulting firm to serving as Head of Organization and Planning at ADIA, where I built a 15-person internal consultancy from the ground up. I’ve had the privilege of designing enterprise-wide planning frameworks, introducing project management capabilities in high-stakes environments, and facilitating structural change for businesses ranging from oil & gas to consumer retail.
