About Randall Trautz

Technical Support Manager | Driving Innovation at La Jolla Institute for Immunology (LJI) As the Technical Support Manager at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology (LJI), I’m passionate about leveraging technology to advance our mission of achieving a world free from disease—"Life Without Disease." With over 8 years of experience at LJI, I’ve had the privilege of supporting both administrative teams and research labs, ensuring their technological needs are met with precision, efficiency, and innovation. I thrive on collaboration, working closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver solutions that align with our goals, stay within budget, and keep projects on track. My role allows me to bridge the gap between cutting-edge science and the tools that make it possible, and I take pride in seeing the tangible impact of our work on global health. What I love most about my work at LJI is the opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organization that’s making a difference—one breakthrough at a time. I’m always eager to connect with like-minded professionals who share a passion for innovation, science, and creating a healthier future. Let’s connect! Feel free to reach out to discuss technology in research, collaboration opportunities, or how we can work together to advance the fight against disease.
