Lt Col Randeep Hundal a 4th generation Army Officer, was commissioned into the 3rd Battalion of The Jammu & Kashmir Light Infantry on 2nd Sep An alumnus of Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, was part of the Short Service Course (SSC)- 70. In 2011, Lt Col Randeep Hundal joined Territorial Army (TA) and is presently serving(part time) with TA. Lt Col Randeep Hundal after hanging his uniform did MBA from Management Development Institute(MDI), Gurgaon in 2006. In 2007, January he floated his own company by the name of SRT Innovision Services Private Limited based at Gurugram, Haryana, which in 2010 became a Public Limited company known as Innovision Limited. Today Innovision Limited is considered amongst the top 10 service provider companies in India with more than 45 offices across the country. Innovision employs more than people across India. Lt Col Randeep Hundal, as a Managing Director brings in more than 20 years of executive leadership in the company. In his role, he plans to drive a customer-centric focus throughout the company and broaden INNOVISION’s brand globally and visibility as a leader in the Security, Facility Management, Skills Development and Toll plaza operations (NHAI) space. He is responsible for driving INNOVISION’s revenue and leading the company’s corporate strategy and organizational growth.
