As a Safety Manager at Massman Construction Co, I am responsible for overseeing and implementing safety programs and training for various construction projects across the country. I have a Graduate Safety Practitioner certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management from Nicholls State University, where I also earned an Associate's degree in Safety Technology. I have two years of work experience in the construction safety field, including a year as a Lead Field Safety Technician at Weeks-Massman, A Joint Venture that executed a large-scale pile driving and concrete project. I have developed and applied skills such as risk assessment, hazard identification, incident investigation, and compliance auditing. My core competencies include leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. My mission is to ensure the health and safety of all workers and stakeholders involved in the construction industry. My field of expertise is construction safety programs, and my values and goals are aligned with those of Massman Construction Co, who is committed to delivering quality, innovation, and excellence in every project.
