Randes Enes is a Doctor in Health Psychology at Methodist University of São Paulo; Master Degree in Management Systems for Total Quality, with emphasis on Strategic People Management and MBA in Organizations and Strategy at Fluminense Federal University (UFF/RJ); International MBA in Business Management at University of Lisbon (ISCTE); and MBA in Retail Marketing Management at Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV); Graduated in Advertising and Propaganda at University of Ribeirão Preto (UNAERP). In 2009, he was invited by HULT International Business School (Boston - U.S.A.) as speaker on "Consumer behavior in the emergent market". Over the past 14 years is Executive consultant in strategic people management exercises his skills in Strategic Management consulting, executive coaching, speaker, behavioral training, application of active methodologies (Design Thinking, among others) and experiential activities for several companies in Brazil. He has coordinated courses of senior studies in emotional intelligence and strategic leadership at Brazilian Navy (CIASC). He brings in his professional baggage 29 years of experience in national and international companies, recently acting as Relationship Director, Director of Marketing & Innovation mainly in the segment of cosmetics. Founder, Academy Talent Management company focused on deploying and managing knowledge through digital content. He has published articles in the major media, in matters focused on business management, as well as several articles published on Corporate Spirituality and recently published his book with the theme: Spiritually Directed Company. For 16 years he has been executive professor and coordinator at the main educational institutions, among them the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and Ibmec in the MBA, Extension, In Company and On-line programs in the areas of people management, strategy, marketing and sales. He holds an international certification in coaching from the PBC Institute (Project Based Coaching) and HWAW (His Way At Work); member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and ABPMP (Associantion Business Process Management Professionals).
