Responsibilities: 1) CEO - AM Hotel Kollection - driving growth for company engaged in providing hotel management & specialized services to independent hotels & owners. Has successfully advised and consulted a number of businesses in Hospitality & Travel Industry 2) Director - AHS India; Previously Head - Hotels Venture Management at The Xander Group. Responsible for development, planning and design, construction, fit-outs, operator selection & HMA negotiations, pre-opening and launch of hotel projects and operational activities, such as branding, marketing, P&L, operational review and market research. Professional Education : has studied hospitality and tourism at hotel school Salzburg & University of Salzburg, Austria, with a specialization in Tourism Organization, Advertising and Convention Business. Work History: began his career with Crowne Plaza, Salzburg in 1992. In 1996, He moved to the Oberoi Hotels and Resorts in India, handling operational and international marketing responsibilities. Having worked with the Oberoi Group for about 9 years, his last assignment was that of Sales and Marketing Head in the Middle East (Dubai). Thereafter, He joined Kuoni Travel Group, India’s largest Travel and Tourism Company, working for almost four plus years as SBU Head in the inbound division. He managed the incoming leisure, charter & MICE business segments. Thereafter, he ventured independently and formed Absolute Hospitality Services (AHS India ) a tourism advisory, marketing and management company for tourism industry. Today AHS India is retained by 15 International travel companies & 5 hotel companies. AHS has business activities in India, SE Asia, Africa, Europe and USA. The company also provides hotel management services to a number of boutique and experiential hotels in India under the brand name of AM Hotel Kollection or Absolute's Managed Hotels. Randhir has 29+ years of work experience, married with a son and a daughter and enjoys good reputation within the hospitality and travel fraternity in India and Overseas.
