While Organizations are nothing but a mix of knowledge and they use knowledge to work on knowledge to create knowledge, what is interesting and unfortunate is that very few organizations practice KM in a planned manner. Out of those few, a negligible of them have successfully benefitted from KM. Challenge lies in the approach adopted towards managing knowledge. I am on a mission to change the way we manage knowledge. The objective is to evolve practices and approaches that bring tangible benefit to any organization.
