About Randi Brown

I am a dedicated health, safety and risk professional where my career gives me the ability to do what I love daily and live by my values. My strength is in the chaos, and I love helping people and operations develop and enhance their own leadership abilities and systems to deliver strong results. My extensive knowledge in mining spans surface, underground, hard rock, soft rock and exploration in phases from pre-feasibility to operations. I have held roles at the leadership level for 10+ years including contracting, corporate and directly within the operations. My approaches to health, safety and risk combine the traditional and creative approaches to development, delivery and adoption focusing on core elements of risk management, loss control and behavioural based safety with a focus on collaboration and ownership. My leadership approach heavily aligns to developing a culture on the principles of psychological safety and true ownership and accountability.
