About Randi Durham

With over six years of work experience in chemistry and education, I am currently a Formulations Supervisor at Charles River, a leading provider of research and development services. In this role, I oversee the preparation and testing of formulations for preclinical studies, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance. I also collaborate with others to deliver timely and satisfactory results. Before joining Charles River, I was a Science Teacher at Pueblo City Schools, where I taught science to middle school students. I enjoyed engaging them in scientific inquiry and critical thinking, and fostering their curiosity and passion for learning. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Arkansas State University, and I am a Qualified Teacher. My core competencies include chemistry, customer service, data review, quality control, and teaching. I am passionate about applying my scientific knowledge and skills to support research and innovation, and to inspire the next generation of scientists. I value collaboration, integrity, and excellence, and I seek to contribute to the mission and vision of Charles River and its clients.
