About Randi Flac

I am a person who likes to analyze and design a practical solution to a problem. When i find something interesting, i tend to indulge too much of myself in it and it will be difficult to take me away from it, and thus i often look for something which can make me curious over and over. I am an introvert. When working alone, i can reach a better, effective, and efficient performance than having others with me. This is true when i already have the big picture of what i need to do. But in finding the best solution, i like to discuss things with others, although before the brainstorming, i like to have my time alone to think about it first. I belive things by what i have seen and from my experiences. This mean i mostly believe of what is proven, and thus i always look for the best and easiest things to achieve something, and if there isn't, i tend to belive in what i think is right, or in other arguments which can convince me the most
