Background

About Randi Howell

As a technologist and developer within healthcare, I lead and coordinate the technology needs of the institution, including LMS support and setup, software integration, and security vetting. I also design and implement automation solutions to enhance institutional and departmental processes with increased efficiency, using tools such as Power Automate, PowerApps, and SharePoint. I am passionate about learning and teaching, and I have extensive experience in designing, developing, and presenting training for software applications, with an emphasis on pilot-to-scale coaching and inclusive and supportive online learning. A strong public speaker and trainer, I possess the ability to communicate complex and technical ideas to lay audiences bother in writing and verbally. Although rooted in educational arenas, my training capabilities and technical expertise reach beyond traditional educational institutions. I am a lover of coffee; a reader who has fallen in love with audiobooks; a life-long learner. I am genuinely enthusiastic about growing intellectually and personally across various disciplines. I am a teacher at heart both in the classroom and behind the screen. Supporting people in their own growth is a passion.
