I love engaging with candidates, building relationships through the recruitment lifecycle, helping candidates land their next career and the feeling that comes with presenting an offer. I lead by example and I’m comfortable being hands-on in all aspects of the recruiting process. I have a strong understanding of how to integrate company values into every touchpoint of the hiring journey. I have a candidate-first mentality, a history of facilitating excellent candidate experiences, and a demonstrated ability to build lasting and positive relationships with prospects. As the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at Rakuten International, I oversee a team of Sr. Recruiters in a high-volume, constantly evolving environment. I care deeply about the team I work with and the relationships I've built during my time at Rakuten.
