26 years of professional insurance industry experience involving workflow and process improvement, data and analytics, workers compensation product management, operations, and business process sourcing. Continued success and confidence in the industry were shaped by years of experience in claims management, training, project management, process improvement, staff management and development, business and quality plan creation and execution, strategic planning, and operations management. I am proudest of all to be able to share the rewards of my professional growth and successes with my family and to have helped in their successes as well. Major highlights: Leading the business practice quality management for Workers Compensation, business architect and lead claim promoter of a multi-disciplinary workflow and systems improvement project that succeeded in streamlining and improving business resiliency of a decades-old claim reserving process, taking key responsibilities in the execution of sourcing and efficiency initiatives, and undertaking strategic planning and analytics development. All have contributed to significant improvements to business and customer service outcomes. Supplemented education from the University of the Philippines BA Economics program with the American Education Institute, Inc.'s courses earning the Fraud Claim Law Specialist and WC Claim Law Specialist designations. The hunger for knowledge is diverse and extends to my personal life – learning how to build, repair, and upgrade personal computers and laptops, small electronic devices, small engines, flat screen TV’s, and restoring my 1966 Mustang.
