BIOGRAPHY OF RANDOLPH TWOGOOD Randolph Twogood offers an organization proven profitable performance in all aspects of general management. His experience ranges from business sector/division management, operations, product development, and engineering services, to technical marketing, business development, marketing communications and contract negotiations. Randolph is considered a respected strategist among Military High Technology Industry peers, co-workers and superiors for corporate direction, market definition, and new product concepts. He has been quoted numerous times in national publications such as Military and Aerospace Electronics in the area of High Capacity Ruggedized Data Storage Systems. He is driven by continual process improvement with a concentration on innovation, quality, reliability, efficiency, and profit improvement. As a result, Randolph was nominated for and received the “Tibbetts” award from the United States Air Force Research Laboratory. This award, issued annually by the Small Business Administration through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program, is the agency’s highest national recognition for innovative technology. The award was presented for the conceptualization, design and implementation of a novel recording and retrieval system called the Tape and Rigid-disk Replacement System/Data Transfer System (TARRS/DTS). Further, as a result of this product development and proof of concept, Mr. Twogood applied for a corporate patent in 1998. More recently, Randolph led a team in developing the first “naturally encapsulated disk unit” offering 1.6 TB of storage. This product development also resulted in the application of a corporate patent in mid 2003.
