Randy is an AWS Certified Web Practitioner with a history as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Software Configuration Project Manager with demonstrated success and proven problem solving expertise at coordinating multiple priorities from various teams on a daily basis. He is highly skilled at delivering customer-focused, highly organized, quality-oriented products while adapting to shifting and conflicting, demands and priorities. Randy is capable of changing gears abruptly, working on anything from creating NSIS scripting to revising Nant scripts for organizational build process, along with troubleshooting and building new shared projects using rapid deployment techniques. Randy is highly competent in setting up environments across the SDLC, from Dev all the way to Production and can set up new virtual directories in IIS or DR (Disaster Recovery) for new devices or completely revise all environments. He is effective at digging deep into IIS, adding/updating new values in the existing SQL databases as well as revising the builds for new configuration. Randy excels at reporting and documenting a deployment spreadsheet which encompasses accurate project build numbers and the proper deployment order to US and UK UAT environments. Randy is skilled at creating Production Change Requests for multiple teams, obtaining approvals from management as well as ensuring completed projects are deployed to production, including solely orchestrating and implementing the deployments as needed. Randy has a proven history of completing build and deploy requests received from worldwide teams. In addition, Randy manages the StarTeam source control system. This includes creating new views, labels, adding/deleting directories and files, merging views and promoting CM best practices to all teams.
