I am a results oriented professional with 22 years as a non-commissioned officer as a certified Master Instructor and Master Technician along with over 16 years as a DoD Contractor with extensive experience in technical instruction and training development (TDC certified). I possess comprehensive knowledge on a wide variety of Instructional System Development (ISD) principles and methods sufficient to plan, coordinate, and design instruction for full-length courses or complex development areas. Experienced at researching, planning, budgeting, developing, revising and applying technically oriented and technology-based curricula to instructor-led training, self-study and virtual classrooms. I possess superlative verbal & written communication and team-building skills. I am highly skilled in preventive maintenance, alignments/calibrations, troubleshooting by fault isolation, system restoration, repair practices and operational testing of all individual peripheral devices, end item equipment and systems. Subject matter expert (SME) with a wide spectrum of capabilities and practical experience in leadership, organization/communication, developing training support products consisting of lesson plans, student handouts, practical exercises, exams, product guides, manuals, computer based tutorials, and all associated support materials.
