I have been a bookkeeping professional for over 15 years and more recently a real estate investor. I am the founder of Advocate Home Buyers, Astrius Properties, Ballen Bookkeeping, co-founder of REI Bookkeeping Babes and founder of Room to Rise, a charitable 501(c)(3) organization. I am passionate about real estate investing and empowering women to build their financial knowledge and confidence. As a financial professional and real estate investor, my goal is to help people who are facing housing insecurity find safe and secure housing that they can rely on. I want to be able to give them the opportunity to rise and to and help my fellow boss babes take over the world one property at a time. Accounting and bookkeeping are the heart of every business and I thrive on helping business owners to stay on top of their numbers to achieve success. As a business owner who loves her work, I have developed a focus to assist Real Estate Investors. Although located in Palm Beach County, Florida, I work virtually worldwide. We are a boutique bookkeeping firm offering personalized packages designed to save you time, money, and stress. Room to Rise My most recent venture is a nonprofit to address housing insecurity in vulnerable populations and get as many people as possible into safe affordable homes of their own. We offer shared housing solutions, alternative mortgages through a rent-to-own program, and community education on buying and owning a home. I believe in the power of community to help us lift each other up. My dream is for Room to Rise to give as many people as possible the opportunity to rise beyond their current circumstance and reach their full potential. Our first shared housing solution, The Sunshine House, located in Boynton Beach is currently accepting applications for residents! We are always in need of donations.
