He is the owner and operator of a small real estate investment company called MyFloridaLand.biz, which focuses on reselling vacant homesites in Central and North Florida. Randy also owns an independent media production company called WeeBeeWorld.com, specializing in children's education. With a calm demeanor, analytical mind, and a goal-oriented approach, Randy has been successful in his business career. Randy holds a BA degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and possesses a strong business, sales, and marketing background. Originally from Florida, Randy spent 20 years living in Miami Beach before moving to Manhattan in New York for 10 years. In 2014, he relocated to Southern California. Currently, Randy serves as the Team Leader at Ramsey Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage agency in Palm Springs, California. He provides personalized and customized service to clients, whether they are buying or selling real estate. In addition to his role at Ramsey Realty, Randy is a licensed real estate salesperson and agent, specializing in the Coachella Valley area in Southern California. Previously, Randy worked as a licensed real estate salesperson at Citi Habitats in the Greater New York City Area. He also has experience as a business consultant at Barney Media, where he provided consulting services for small business owners in marketing, general business services, and sales strategies. Randy is an active member of the community and has volunteered his time on the Board of Directors for the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, where he oversaw a major renovation of the gardens and helped establish successful annual fundraisers. He also served as a committee member for the annual fundraiser at the Bake House Art Complex, contributing to its success.
