Hello, my name is Randy Barton. I have an abundance of experience in the aggregate industry. I have worked in the industry for more than 33 years and have a vast knowledge of the asphalt and aggregate industry. I operated an asphalt plant located in Woodlake, California for Glen Wells Construction Company for more than 30 years. I managed the plant and solely operated the plant by myself. While there, I gained a vast amount of knowledge of the asphalt industry along with gaining much experience in operating heavy equipment. I left on good terms when the company was sold to Santa Fe Aggregates, where I transferred and continued to operate equipment and run the plant for another two years. I then transferred to Papich Construction, located in Goshen California. I attended a one week Gencore Operating School in Florida. I left Papich and now work for Jaxon Baker construction in Le Grand. I currently operate a 300 ton per hour Standard Havens Asphalt Plant along with operating all equipment, including, but not limited to, a Caterpillar Haul Truck, 980 Cat Loader, and 988 Cat Loader.
