As a United States Navy Veteran, I leveraged my analytical mind and problem-solving skills to excel in the military. After transitioning to the civilian world, I pursued a new passion for computer programming and IT support, earning an IT Support Specialist certificate from Pima College in 2021. I graduated from the prestigious Microsoft Software Systems Academy (MSSA) program, where I honed my skills in cloud and server administration. I have obtained the Microsoft AZ-900 certification and am currently working towards my AZ-104 certification. With a strong foundation in IT support and growing expertise in Microsoft technologies, I’m well-prepared to make a significant impact in the industry. My career goals are focused on delivering exceptional server and cloud administration services, ensuring seamless infrastructure operations and maximum efficiency for organizations. I'm particularly interested in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other leading cloud platforms, as well as server administration tools like Windows Server and System Center. I’m currently seeking challenging roles in IT, server and cloud administration, system administration, and IT desk support.
