As an example, he has coordinated the consolidation of offices and relocation of 50 to 300+ employees various times in his career. With demonstrated talent in identifying multimillion-dollar opportunities, Randy has captured savings and maximized corporate real estate assets. Currently as Senior Director, Corporate Real Estate and Facilities for INAP, Randy coordinates worldwide lease management of multiple properties totaling over 1.1M SF. Among Randy’s many career contributions, he coordinated a multimillion-dollar sale and sale/leaseback of two data centers in Montreal. Randy captured a nearly $1M refund for unused “Tenant Improvement Allowance” from Master Landlord through diligent monitoring of construction, design, and materials selections for HQ buildout project. He also saved nearly $1.5M in restoration costs at the end of a data center lease in NYC by reviewing and challenging Master Lease requirements to remove roof-top generators and cooling tower equipment.
