About Randy Brenneman

Over the last 40 years, I have had the opportunity to gain experience and expertise in quite a few different, but related career fields. These experiences have made me very well rounded, and allows me to consider a wide variety of options and solutions. I am currently working in Logistics Management and Product Lifecycle Support, and I have the privilege of managing a very talented team that consists of multiple technical and logistic disciplines. I work closely with the different teams within our Integrated Product Team structure. By fostering this collaborative environment, we have been extremely successful in creating system designs that take advantage of new technological advances, and have ensured material supportability, reliability and maintainability are at the forefront of our designs. This is especially important to the users of our products. They have to be ready for use whenever needed, and they have to be easy to fix. The parts have to be affordable and at the right place, at the right time. Imagine how upset you would be if your car is not reliable enough to get you to work, takes a bunch of special tools and is expensive and difficult to fix, and the spare parts are not available. My job is to make sure you do not have to think twice about putting your keys into your car when you want to take it on a long trip. And if you do have a problem, your car is easy to fix using the common hand tools you have in your garage, and parts are readily available. I also work closely with our financial and budget managers to plan and execute our operational budgets and service contracts. This has proven to be especially challenging lately due to severely diminishing financial resources.
