About Randy Brown

A manufacturing and operations manager with a proven success in the development of robust supply-chain processes. I enjoy utilizing Continous Improvement and Six Sigma Lean strategies to achieve cost control and quality improvement objectives. Throughout my career I have improved existing processes, established written procedures and have been a force for positive culture transformation. I consider myself to be a hands-on manager with a diligent focus on driving safety, quality, performance and customer satisfaction results. My recent challenges include managing employees on three shifts and developing the testing protocol and refining processes to support a Direct Blow & Fill line, Self-Manufacturing with Krones blowmolding & labeling equipment and also AGR vision systems. In this role I initiated and completed a Six Sigma ozone study which resulted in substantial cost savings and which was the first of it's kind at Pepsi Cola.
