I am Randy P. Cayat, an experienced educator with a strong dedication to fostering engaging and supportive learning environments. With over 16 years of experience in elementary education, I specialize in creating quality and lifelong learning experiences for students of diverse educational backgrounds. I have served as a sixth-grade teacher at Loakan Elementary School and Kias Elementary School, as well as a special education teacher at Baguio City Special Education Center. In these roles, I facilitate learning through innovative methodologies, maintain updated instructional materials, and closely monitor students' progress to ensure their academic success. Additionally, I coordinate placements for inclusive education, fostering harmonious relationships with stakeholders along the way. My educational background includes a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Baguio Central University and a Bachelor of Elementary Education from the University of the Cordilleras. I also hold a commendable rating in the Licensure Examination for Teachers. I am proud to have been recognized for my contributions to education, including awards such as Outstanding Public Elementary Teacher and Baguio Exemplary School Teacher. These accolades reflect my commitment to excellence in teaching. Skilled in planning and implementing creative classroom programs, I promote high expectations and provide environments that support holistic student development.
