Responsible to develop, implement and manage processes to ensure compliance to civil aviation regulatory requirements. Facilitate on the identification, assessment and compilation of risks through the Corporate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and being the Champion of the ERM program. Involve in the preparation and submission of reports for the ICAO CORSIA initiative. Experienced in regulatory compliance monitoring and regulatory training development along with a demonstrated history of working in both commercial and private aviation industry. IATA certified Aviation Internal Auditor participated in both IOSA & IS-BAO audits. Certified Hong Kong CAD Safety Instructor, and IATA Crew Resource Management instructor. Successfully completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Enterprise Risk Management; along with a Master Degree of Lifelong Education (MEd) focused in Training Development. Currently undertaking courses in pursuing the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) Designation.
