About Randy Cross

I have over twenty-five years of professional experience in municipal management and administration, a doctoral degree in organizational learning and leadership from Barry University, and a master’s degree in public administration from Florida Atlantic University. During the last twenty-plus years with my current employer, the City of Miramar, I’ve had the opportunity to advance from an entry-level internship to senior management. Additionally, I have taught as an adjunct professor at Barry University since 2007 teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the public administration, criminal justice, emergency management and the business administration programs.
