About Randy Denmon

I am an experienced, collaborative business leader with proven track record of building and managing teams, attracting top talent, establishing business objectives, encouraging employee engagement, and collaboratively preparing development plans. My primary experience is in business development, proposal submissions, project management and installation of XLPE insulated cables and accessories rated 69kV through 345kV. My current responsibilities as Director HV Services include assurance of safe work practices, sales, marketing, estimating, contract negotiations, project management and installation of underground transmission cable systems. Additionally, I provide engineering assistance during the design and quotation of high voltage cable systems. I have previously held the positions of Director of Southwire HV, and Installation Manager Underground Transmission Services. My objective is to assure a high quality cable and accessory installation is performed, thus exceeding the customer’s requirements and expectations. This is achieved by following guidelines found in ICEA, AEIC, NESC and OSHA specifications. I have Project Manager experience on various projects ranging in scope of supply from cable and accessories only, to supply of cable, accessories, installation and field acceptance testing of the complete cable system. Execution of the projects included contract negotiations, coordination of various subcontractors, compliance with local union agreements, etc. Projects range in value from to I am a licensed P.E. in the state of Georgia. And, I am active in industry organizations such as the ICC within the association.
