Responsible for managing worldwide Supply Chain activities for the Aliqoutter system by A&T in Japan. Member of the Aeroset Retirement Team. Providing tracking and direction for Aeroset replacement at OEM suppliers. ABBOTT LABORATORIES: Global Commercial Operations Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager 2003- 2008 Achieved a 41% reportable accidents reduction with an annual reduction of $178K in accident related expenses with the implementation of a fleet safety program. Effectively managed a $6.7 million dollar fleet program for ADD. Involved in the secondary labeling approval for all ADD Operations and Service manuals. ABBOTT LABORATORIES: Field Service Manager Managed a $21MM spare parts logistics area. Administered and planned a $45 million dollar labor and overhead budget for over 300 service employees, including payroll, training, fleet, communications, and other related expenses. Managed the field service dispatch call center, developing and instituting a new call handling process to optimize field resources and meet customer expectations. Developed a resource modeling method based upon field service engineer utilization versus available capacity. ABBOTT LABORATORIES: Rapid Diagnostics Business Team Leader 1996-1997 Directed the manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting of rapid strep diagnostic products. Directed a team of 14 people successfully launching two 510k products, one internally developed product and one OEM product. ABBOTT LABORATORIES: International Manufacturing Transfer Manager 1993-1996 Interfaced with the daily operations of the company’s sites located in the US, Germany, Ireland, and Japan.
