I am a hospitality professional with over thirty years experience managing Full Service, Select Service and Extended Stay hotel properties as well as smaller Entertainment Venues with Food & Beverage Outlets. Most of my experience is with Marriott branded hotels, although I have managed for several other brands including Hilton, IHG, Carlson and Independents. I consider myself a “hands on” manager that gains the respect of his employees by showing that I am willing to perform any task I would ask of them to do. I also enjoy using my advanced knowledge of the hospitality industry to develop my employees. These employees become the future leaders of the industry.
