About Randy Earl

Through high school, helping friends and neighbors with outdoor maintenance developed into a part time landscaping operation. That small time operation quickly grew as I learned that the word spread quickly when my elders admired my work ethic and quality results. While commuting to college working toward a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I continued to expand. Four years later, I graduated with my degree while also successfully growing beyond 100 clients. The following summer, I sold the company and moved to Virginia in pursuit of a life with my fiancée. Now, two years later, we have settled down in Charles City, VA where we now call home. Since moving here, I have held a few different positions which I can confidently say have thought me valuable Lessons, skills and opened my eyes to endless opportunities. I am currently looking for a new opportunity. By no means do I wish to portray that I have the most knowledge or the best skills, but I know for a fact that my work ethic and strive for constant improvement is second to none. I bring with me high energy, and a desire for accomplishment beyond a paycheck.
