With 41 years of work experience in the transportation and logistics industry, I am a seasoned and versatile leader who can deliver what matters to our clients and partners. My core competencies include international sales, service, and implementation, as well as product development, management, and negotiation. As the Director of International Implementation at UPS, I guide a team of senior managers, managers and supervisors. The team focuses on working with sales and clients to develop and execute strategies that provide innovative and customized solutions for all segments of our business globally. In my previous role as the Director of International Sales for Aerospace and Defense, I was responsible for overseeing the service quality and performance of UPS's international network for one of our most critical and demanding segments. I collaborated with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, reliability, and security of our operations. I also contributed to the development and launch of new products and services that enhanced our value proposition and competitive advantage. Some of the skills that I leveraged and developed in this role include transportation, supply chain management, logistics management, warehousing and building developing specific statements of work to support domestic and international delivery.
