The first major change in the legal research arena from print to the first technology leap began with CD ROM that Matthew Bender introduced in 1990. Now we have the high tech, cloud hosted, data analysis and case management tools available such as Concordance and CaseMap. The practice of law has changed dramatically with the "Google" type of searching with "Lexis Advance" and "Lexis for Microsoft Office". One continuing area of education and excitement for me is my interaction with the Orange County Bar Association. It is an honor to affiliate with such a nationally renowned association for the betterment of the legal community. My territory today is focused on Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Cerritos, Westminster, Garden Grove, Cypress, Los Alamitos and La Habra for law firms from 2-50 attorneys and local government agencies. With tools for litigation support services, transactional matters and overall research on Lexis Advance, I continue to assist attorneys in these locations to find new ways of becoming more effective, cost efficient and successful at producing great results and winning for their clients. Customer Service, adaption of innovation and passion for winning has given me great rewards, President's Club trips and the financial security throughout my career. But these rewards are only part of the satisfaction. The relationships which I have built over the years, the continuing opportunity to meet new professionals, develop more long term relationships and all while assisting my customers to be more effective and profitable is as great of a reward as all the others combined.
