Present: • Maintain base communications at US Army War College in Carlisle, PA. • Maintain manual and/or computerized central office records, including detail records, traffic analysis records, cable records, line records, subscriber service records and spare parts inventory. • Install, tests troubleshoots, programs, maintains, and repairs digital switching equipment, attendant consoles, power and ringing relay racks, miscellaneous telephone, radio, fire alarms, intrusion alarms, and computer data circuits and related apparatus required in the central switching office. • Continue to build my photography business, work on mastering CS6 & Lightroom, then hopefully someday retire and spend all my time behind a camera. Past experience: • Personally picked to install the phone system/phones for the Governor’s house in Harrisburg. • Managed 4 to 5 teams during installation of the Siemen’s PBX and phones for Verizon/Black Box for the Commonwealth of PA project. • Project Management and training on all installations. Past experience: • Install, program, service and train on the following key systems and PBX telephone systems: Norstar CICS, MICS, BCM, Call Pilot 100 and 150, Contact Center and CC Reporting, Meridian I Option 11c-81c, Call Pilot with Unified Messaging, Succession, Optivity, including ITG trunk and line side cards, Companion and SprectraLink 1A2, 1A3, NEC, TIE, Northcom, AT & T, and Toshiba. • Strategically involved with the installations of the BCMs for Sun Banks, NJ. Approximately 100 BCMs networked to Option 11c at the Headquarters. • Responsible for setting up phone lines for visits from both the President and Vice President of the United States, with letters of recognition from the White House. • Lead Technician for Carlisle Borough, Carlisle; where an Option 11c was installed with remote sites using i2004 IP sets and analog sets.
