About Randy Jaynes

My current role focuses on developing and maintaining databases in 4th Dimension (4D), integrating with web APIs and web based databases, and IT support for our customers. Database programming using 4th Dimension v2.3 thru v19 and mySQL for our flagship product and its link to our ancillary web2print product hosted on Ubuntu servers at Digital Ocean. Experience with Web programming using Apache, PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML, DHTML, CSS3, HTML5, LetsEncrypt, and GitHub as well as development for a flagship LIMS product line and design of PGP encryption plugins. Previous role also included responsibility for the architecture and design of a flagship ERP database, a MIS database for township management with GIS integration, and an MIS for Community Development Block Grants and housing rehabilitation projects. I strive to engage colleagues by collaborating on projects, team efforts to finding solutions to program challenges, and providing training and mentorship to members of the development staff newer to the database environment while expanding their knowledge of the marketable end product. I'm a strong believer in learning new things and growing as an individual.
