About Randy Jhatoo

I would describe myself as a Human Resources professional who believes that a successful business strategy can only be implemented by focusing on attracting the best people, developing them and removing obstacles that block their success. My Operations experience sets me apart from the typical HR professional. I have seen and experienced the view point of Operations and understand what is required for HR to "gain a seat at the table" so that both teams can work together to successfully implement business strategy. My strengths lie in all aspects of HR, in particular sourcing and developing great candidates that meet current organization needs along with resolving all employee relation matters successfully and conducting strategic level planning. I pride myself on my conflict resolution and coaching skills.
