About Randy Karnowski

I have the passion of an entrepreneur, the organization of an assistant and the hands-on experience of a field technician. I want to utilize my experience of growing a small dealership into the 7th largest dealership in the country, in their respective industry. Add the experience of opening a franchise from the ground up, where I was able to develop a new business while learning a completely new trade and industry. I am a self-starter that understands the intricacies of working independently while being able to direct a team. I have developed a unique skill set consisting of customer service, sales, office administration, human resources, IT, computers and basic accounting. Combine that with the hands-on skills and field experience in specialty trades work, I believe I would quickly become an asset in any industry.
