About Randy Larson

I’m passionate about building America’s Energy Dominance. As Director of Operations at Solarix, I help lead a disabled veteran-founded, American-owned advanced domestic manufacturing company committed to strengthening U.S. energy independence with Solar and Storage. My focus is on scaling advanced domestic manufacturing — from ramping our Virginia plant to 1.2 GW capacity, to preparing for next-gen heterojunction (HJT) and Perovskite. Through strategic partnerships, logistics execution, and policy alignment, I work to ensure Solarix delivers reliable, IRA-compliant modules that meet the demand of today’s energy transition. I bring a background that bridges operations leadership, sales strategy, and supply chain execution. Whether it’s integrating ERP/CRM systems, optimizing warehousing, or structuring compensation and growth plans for a high-performing sales team, I thrive on turning vision into operational reality. At Solarix, our mission is simple: create a trusted, vertically integrated advanced domestic manufacturing plant focused on solar and storage that combines global expertise with local ownership, jobs, and innovation. I’m proud to help drive that mission forward — alongside partners like Goldi Solar and Virginia’s clean energy community. Outside of work, life is full and colorful. I enjoy Happy Acres when I'm home, which means spending plenty of time with Waffles the Donkey, Jersey the Pony, 4 Bernese Mountain Dogs, and two cats. My wife and I share a love for travel and adventure, and I’m a proud dad to two daughters — one attending Indiana University and the other at Miami University of Ohio. Family, animals, and travel keep me grounded and inspired while I work toward reshaping America’s Energy Dominance.
