About Randy Levan

I’m a results-driven and personable Sales Professional with 18+ years of experience in Cold Calling, Business Development, LED Lighting, Energy Audits, Utility Incentives, Account Management, and Relationship Building. Currently, I serve as the Program Manager for the PPL Instant Discounts Program, overseeing all aspects of the incentive program across Lighting, HVAC, Food Service, and Agriculture. I also serve as the Operations Supervisor for the UGI Instant Discounts Program for Lighting, further expanding my impact in the energy efficiency space. These roles allow me to combine my technical expertise with my passion for helping businesses and communities reduce energy consumption and save money. I consider this the culmination of nearly two decades of hands-on experience as a Lighting & Energy Specialist and Outside Sales Professional. Over the years, I have led and contributed to a wide range of high-impact energy projects, including: • $500K LED Garage Retrofit – City of Harrisburg Parking Authority • $1M+ in Lighting Energy Projects – Middletown Area School District • Full LED Retrofit – PA Governor’s Residence, Harrisburg, PA • $100K Lighting Retrofit – Canadian Embassy, Washington, DC • $1M+ in Sales in First Year – Built from the ground up with no existing customer base • Managed PA State Lighting Contract – For a major Lighting & Electrical Distributor • Conducted Energy Audits, Lighting Layouts, ROI Spreadsheets, and Utility Rebate Processing I have a particular passion for the commercial LED lighting and energy market, especially within the dairy farm and agricultural communities. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work has been helping dairy farms improve milk production (by 6–8%) through strategic LED lighting. This equates to an extra half-gallon of milk per cow, per day! Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in multiple roles. From managing utility programs, leading large-scale energy projects, running my own independent business, traveling throughout the world working on high-impact construction & humanitarian projects while serving in the US Navy Seabees. Each chapter has shaped who I am today and contributed to my continued success. This journey has been nothing short of incredible. I’ve consistently excelled by staying committed to growth, service, and results. Today, I’m proud to say I’m in my dream job at CLEAResult, doing work I love with a team I respect, making a real difference in energy efficiency across Pennsylvania and beyond.
