I'm an experienced Strategic Accounts Director, Customer Success Manager and Account Manager-with a rich cross-section of success in industries such as technology, computer science, automotive and sales/promotions-with companies like Compuware, Hitachi, Ford and GM. Skilled in Management, Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Consulting and Account Management. A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience and several college degrees, including a Masters in Business Administration. With education and experience come skill sets, but also instincts and intangibles. Building a foundation for a long-term partnership with a client begins with trust, a connection, a rapport, and mutually beneficial value. If the prospective client doesn't buy into you, they're never going to buy what you're selling. This is why I place such importance in first building a connection-strategic, trustworthy and authentic. The recommendations in my profile are examples of my success in these pursuits. My current role as a Director of Strategic Accounts makes full use of those skill sets. I take great pride in the trust and credibility I've built with our clients. My success in building and evolving those relationships into long-term partnerships is a strength.and it comes easy, because I believe in what we're doing, and I believe in the tremendous value it brings to the client and their end-users. When your heart is in it, the client knows, and I put my experience, skills and heart into everything I do. To me, that's the recipe for success. As a retired firefighter and EMT, I enjoy remaining active in my community, volunteering often in causes such as Habitat for Humanity, the Michigan Humane Society and Hospice of Michigan.
