About Randy Middledorf

I have worked in health care for over 27 years. I began my career as a Nurses Aide, became an LPN, and have been an RN for 19 years. In that time, I have worked on Medical Surgical Floors, in long term care facilities, a Special Care Unit, Emergency Departments, Home Health Care, Ambulatory Care, Education, and Surgery. I've held a certification in Ultrasound Guided PICC access. I developed the program, implemented it, and became the first to certify in RN provided Procedural Moderate Sedation at my organization. I held Certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness Training, and I was a Certified Health Coach with specialty certifications in Functional Movement and Sports Nutrition. I currently manage the Surgical Services and Sterile Supply Departments at my organization. I have been in this role for just over 4 years. In this role, I work with 9 surgical specialties.
