Below are highlights of my career accomplishments and specialties: Led Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Assessment functions for over 400 acquisitions from the letter of intent, through due diligence, to final integration of newly acquired entities. Assumed the PMO Officer role for a multibillion-dollar acquisition and seamlessly integrated all corporate functions, including Accounting, Human Resources, Risk Management, Legal, IT, Payroll, and Facilities. Established and operated three (3) Risk Management department teams, which helped the firm minimize risks and produce significant cost savings. Oversaw the Medical Malpractice and Workers’ Compensation strategies, which enabled a multi-million-dollar cost reduction in a 3-year time frame. Initiated and implemented an enterprise Operational Risk Assessment and Audit program across a portfolio of companies achieving standardization, enhanced regulatory compliance, and increased operational efficiency.
