Leveraging more than three decades of experience, I lead our Houston and North Texas project teams to find the systems, materials and methods that offer best value and highest quality. Having worked on multiple complex projects, this experience brings best practices to all design reviews, Schedule, scope and budget development, cost and value management reviews.
