About Randy Roy
I was born and raised in Bathust which is a small beautiful city in Northern New Brunswick Canada. My career took off when I started working at Whitehill Technologies back in 2002 as a consultant and quickly moved into support where I have been ever since. I was fortunate to have survived the various acquisitions and ultimately end up working for Thomson Reuters Elite. I have always looked for and excelled in an environment that puts me directly in front of customers regardless of the medium. In this case I get the best of all scenarios; a great set of products, team members who share my passion in customer service as well as a wonderful group of customers we have the pleasure of dealing with on a regular basis. I am happily married with 2 wonderful children Madison 19 and Aiden 15 (don't blink your time with them is limited). We enjoy many outdoor activities including camping, canoeing and fishing and of course a little hockey, we are Canadian EH!
