I believe an overall strong service culture is the root and foundation of any successful Club. I am passionate about what I do and achieving this vision. As a dedicated and influential leader, I achieve this vision by keeping a pulse on every touch-point of my Club. I started my career at Beach Point as an intern, and I have been fortunate to learn, understand, and develop an intimacy with every aspect of the place where I grew up. My goal every day is to make sure that my staff, members, and guests have that same feeling of coming home when they walk through our doors.It is important to me that all employees know they have the necessary tools and support to best serve the Club's members and guests. I am hands-on with my staff and collaborate regularly with department heads to set high-expectations, hold people accountable, and ensure a positive work culture.Each day offers new opportunities to learn and grow, solve multi-faceted puzzles, and inspire teams to embrace an ultimate service-oriented philosophy. I personally approach each challenge with a passion for getting the work done and achieving highly positive outcomes and have proven throughout the years that this kind of dedication and passion is contagious. I mentor staff with guidance, trust, and reinforcement so they can soar within the industry and achieve personal career satisfaction.
